The Academy is pleased to be supporting the Alliance against bullying, undermining and harassment. Such behaviour in the workplace is known to affect patient safety and has a negative effect on patient care, yet too often it goes unchecked and unchallenged. We hope this initiative makes a real difference and shows that if we act together we can make the NHS a better, happier and healthier place to work.
