We are beginning public consultation on our latest set of guidance (List 3) for the Evidence-based Interventions (EBI) Programme.

The EBI programme provides guidance on when it is and is not appropriate to carry out specific interventions, with the aim of improving the quality of care being offered to patients and optimising the use of NHS resources. List 3 covers 17 interventions, across a range of medical specialties.

Online consultation events form part of this consultation and are divided by medical specialty. We will be joined by the experts who helped to develop the proposed guidance to explain the process, evidence and rationale behind each piece of guidance. They will answer any questions attendees may have during a Q&A at the end of the event.
