The Academy of Medical Royal Colleges is undertaking a survey to update its report on lay involvement in revalidation and would value your contribution. The last version of the report was published in December 2017. Please see lay-involvement-in-revalidation. The aim of the report is to share examples of patient and public involvement in revalidation, recognising the important contribution it can make to revalidation processes and to encourage organisations to increase the opportunities for lay involvement at national, regional and local level.
The report contains many different examples of lay involvement, across different types of health organisations. This survey will seek information on any changes to the existing examples, in addition to seeking new examples to add to the report. It will also seek views on both the benefits of and challenges to lay involvement.
The deadline for completed responses is 12 October 2018. If you have any queries relating to the survey please contact Yvonne Livesey or Sol Mead. Thank you in advance for your contribution. To request a word version of the survey please contact Yvonne Livesey
