AoMRC Infection Training Working Party

An Infection Training Working Party has been set up under the auspices of the Education and Training Committee of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges to pursue the development of an infection training curriculum and assessment system for infectious diseases, medical microbiology and virology. There is representation on the working party from both the Royal College of Pathologists and Royal Colleges of Physicians. The Faculty of Public Health are also represented.

The purpose of this web page is to keep all stakeholders updated with the progress of the working party. Working party members who represent the respective Colleges also report back to their Colleges via the RCPath College Advisory Training Teams (CATTs) and JRCPTB Specialty Advisory Committees (SACs).

There will be opportunities for wider feedback to this development from stakeholders in due course.
