The Academy’s strength lies in its understanding of areas which cross college and faculty boundaries.
The Academy’s activities are focused primarily on producing policy and informing healthcare through committees and short-term projects. The Academy builds strong links with key stakeholders and healthcare bodies to create opportunities and establish relationships.
Through its work, the Academy increases the profession and the public’s awareness and understanding of key overarching issues that affect all those who use healthcare services and those within its member medical Royal Colleges and Faculties.
